This high-pressure test rig can generate pressures of up to 400 bar at 30 liters per minute and pressure pulses up to 350 bar for a pulse range from 0.05 to 0.2 seconds. It records a number of pump parameters, including heat generation, power consumption, vibration, and dynamic pressures, to ensure product quality and performance.

The test rig performs four different tests in a sequence to ensure the quality and reliability of the valve.
